Greetings! Meet Shahzeb, a talented Pakistani illustrator, character designer, game and visual development artist.

Shahzeb’s formative years were spent in Kenya, where he received his early education. After relocating to Pakistan, he earned prestigious scholarships throughout his professional degree at the renowned National College of Arts. Shahzeb has been privileged to contribute as an illustrator for academic children’s books, magazines, and newspapers, in addition to his role as an editorial cartoonist for prominent Pakistani newspapers. He has also worked as a senior game artist, contributing to massively multiplayer online games (MMOs) and cutting-edge Web3 blockchain game projects. Notably, he dedicated two thrilling years to a major project involving a beloved 2K Games IP!

In October 2025, Shahzeb decided to pursue his long-term dream of becoming a published children’s illustrator and author. He is now fully focused on developing a picture book portfolio that brings stories to life through imagination, whimsy, and heart.

Beyond his artistry, Shahzeb harbors a deep passion for a diverse array of interests, including children’s books, comics, toys, gaming, fitness, and the beauty of nature.

How is your name pronounced ?
My name is pronounced Shah-zaib Say-yid.

Where are you from ?
I was born in Pakistan but spent my early and middle childhood in Kenya. Eventually, I moved back to Pakistan, where I currently reside.

Where did you study ?
I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the National College of Arts in Lahore, completing a rigorous four-year art program.

What are you currently working on ?
I’m currently pursuing my long-term dream of becoming a published children’s illustrator and, eventually, an author. I’m now fully focused on developing a picture book portfolio that brings stories to life through imagination, whimsy, and heart.

What materials do you use for your work ?
I primarily work digitally, utilising a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet. My main software of choice is Photoshop, which I use for a variety of projects, including the creation of vector images. Additionally, I possess a foundational understanding of Illustrator.
