Charles Laveau, known as “The Voice,” operates the pirate radio show “The Hollow Speaks.” Through the airwaves, he’s a vocal advocate against racism in New Bordeaux and beyond. Alongside his daughter Roxy, they’re committed fighters for equal rights, even aligning with unconventional allies like the Haitian Mob to challenge racist authorities. “The Voice” has also played an active role in supporting gangster Lincoln Clay in actions that teetered on the edge of gang warfare.
